Yet another winter special akki rotti or rice flour rotti recipe, which can be served at breakfast time or for lunch or dinner.

This sweet potato rice flour rotti can be paired along with any kind of curry or raita or chutney, but mostly chutney goes best with this rotti.

As I said in my earlier post ie… sweet potato paratha, While I boiled sweet potatoes as stuffing for paratha, I also thought of making rice rotti with the same stuffing. So divided the stuffing into two parts and made paratha as well as akki rotti/rice roti.

And both the paratha & rotti tasted really yummy. So made it at the same time, on the same day, we all had one paratha and one rotti together, but posting them here separately. The below mentioned quantity of ingredients makes 4 nos., of rotti.

Here you can check the recipe of Cabbage green Peas Palya/subji and one more south Indian special stir fry Tapioca stir fry or Maragenasu Palya
