Chocolate Holige | Chocolate Puran Poli |

ಚಾಕಲೇಟ್ ಹೋಳಿಗೆ | ಚಾಕಲೇಟ್ ಪೂರಣ್ ಪೋಲಿ |
This is surely one of the chocolate lovers best delight. Since the time I tasted this chocolate holige at ‘holige mane’ in namma Bengaluru I’m making this chocolate holige at home
I tried making this holige by putting different kinds of chocolate powders each time and still couple of variations are pending, I shall try those also soon. One is by adding milk powder and second one is by putting dutch processed belgian chocolate powder
However today I have put Nakpro’s plant based, unsweetened and alkalized cocoa powder and the holige turned out super delicious.

You can make this chocolate holige on any happy occasions from smallest to biggest and enjoy with family and friends.
Without fail do let me know, how it turned out for you, if you make this chocolate holige or chocolate Puran Poli as it is or even if you make any alterations or changes, I will be waiting for all of your feedback, thanks in advance
