One more addition to my home made masala powders list. It’s just fresh, fragrant, healthy and light on your pocket when made at home. And also some masala powders need not be made in large quantity as we don’t make use of them very often.
And also the masala powders like chole masala, rajma masala, tandoori masala, Pickle masala , Kharabath/upma masala powder etc are used in very small quantities. So you can make freshly as and when required which you can use further for couple of times later as well.
I always make any/all kind of masala powders required, at home only and I would insist everyone to try and do so.
I have also added a small amount of sesame seeds in this masala powder. Actually wanted to add black sesame seeds, but ended up adding white one some how !! So we can rather should add black one which is more healthier….right!
