One morning, as I was preparing aloo-angoor ki subji or Potato-fresh grapes dry curry, I had an idea to modify the dish by adding fresh red chilies, which are in season right now

Therefore I immediately bought colourful fresh chilies and made this dry curry and to my surprise, all the herbs and spices I put into the curry/subji blended together so well ! and I could easily get yet another simple, vibrant, tasty, mouth-watering side dish

Happy me, to have reshaped this recipe. We all at home liked and enjoyed this curry thoroughly, also this time we all relished this potato green grapes fresh red chilli dry curry along with hot, crispy, melt in mouth cauliflower rice flour rotti or cauliflower akki rotti as well as broccoli rice flour rotti

Nevertheless, you should definitely check the recipe of the OG aloo angoor ki subji/Potato fresh grapes dry curry, which is made by adding different set of spices and herbs and looks vibrant green coloured and tastes yummy too
